For those just starting their cannabis journey, here are some pointers to ensure you have the best experience possible: 

• Flower is best for beginners. Edibles & concentrates can be too potent if you have not yet built a tolerance. However, if you prefer not to smoke, vaporizers (such as dab pens) can be good alternatives. 
• Pay attention to the THC and CBD ratios. Balanced or CBD-dominant strains will be ideal for relaxation and pain management without inducing anxiety. 
• Environment is key. Make sure you are comfortable and won’t be disturbed by anyone who might disrupt your zen.
